Riverdale City Council has implemented a policy to require the property owner or another individual to be present when water service is turned off/on.

This will ensure the desired intent has been achieved and eliminate possible liability concerns.

Advance notice is recommended to ensure personnel will be available for your requested time.  City personnel are typically available Monday - Friday from 8:00 - 4:30 to perform this service.
